The challenge
Technicians worked from printed job sheets and phoned the office for updates. Information was re-typed at the end of the day, errors were common and invoices were delayed by days.
Many job sites had weak or no mobile coverage, so any solution had to work completely offline.
What we built
We designed an offline-first mobile app with a simple daily job list, guided checklists, photo capture and customer signatures. Data syncs automatically when the device reconnects.
A web dashboard gives dispatchers a live view of every job, and completed work flows straight into invoicing.
